Return & Refund Policy
At Hairmony, we strive to provide you with exceptional customer service and products of the highest quality. However, we understand that you may sometimes change your mind or encounter unforeseen issues. That’s why we offer a clear and transparent return and refund policy.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the “Right of Withdrawal” law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. This applies only to unused and unopened products. For hair extensions, this means that the packaging must remain sealed and the products must be in their original condition.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:

Cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as opened hair extensions, hair accessories, or other personal care items.

Have been customized or personalized according to the customer’s specifications.

Have been sealed but are no longer returnable after opening for health or hygiene reasons.
3. Return Process
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product within the 30-day return period. Please follow these steps to start the return process:
Step 1: Contact our customer service by email at [email address] or through the contact form on our website.
Step 2: Include your order number and (optionally) the reason for your return.
Step 3: We will send you detailed return instructions and the return address. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.
Step 4: Send the product back within 14 days after notifying us of your return.
The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned products, Hairmony will process your refund. Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the return package, provided the product is in its original, unused condition. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive the wrong product or your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly and at no additional cost, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
6. Complaints & Disputes
If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us at info@yourhairmony.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may submit your complaint to a dispute resolution body or use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
